ASSIGNMENT OF INTEREST IN MORTGAGE ~

ST. LUCIE COUNTY.
We, the undersigned, owners of 100% interest in a purchase
money mortgage (and of the indebtedness secured by it) made by
~rown L. Johnson and Martha M. Johnson, his wife, for $25,000.00

on the 16th_day of August , 1973, and recorded in 0. R. Book
217 , page 18~ of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, for valuable considerations, do assign and transfer all of 4
our interest in the above described mortgage and indebtedness to the
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, Fort Pierce, Florida. _

promissory note dated August 3, 1973 made, executed and delivered by ~
Albert J. DiVagna., Arline DiVagno, Howard L. Bickford, Theodora K.
Bickford and_Charles R. P. Brown, as Trustee, for the sum of
$50,000.00 plus interest at 8% per annum on the date of said note ~
; shall have been fully paid, at which time this assignment is to be

~ fully satisfied, canceled and released, and the payment in full of ~

; said $50,000.00 note shall constitute a release of this assignment. '
