Any agreement hereatter made by Mortgagor and ~tortgagee pursuant to this mortgage shail be superior to the rights of the holde~ of any intervening lien or encumbrance. 18. I~iortgagor hereby waives all right of homatead eaemption in th~ prop~rty subject to this mongage. 19. The co~•enants and agreements herein contained shall bind and the benefits and advantages shaU inure to the respecti~e heirs, executors, administraton, successors and assigns of the parties hereto. ~Vhere~•er used, the singulaz number sha11 include the plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall be applicable to all genden. All covenanu, agreements and undertakings shall be joint and uveral. In the event additional numbered covenants are for convenience inserted in this mortgage following the legal dacription, such additional cov~nants shall be read a~d gi~•en ef[ect as though loltowing this covenant in consecutive ordor. ~ 20. Any derciency in the amount of such aggregate monthly payment shall, unleu made good by the riortgagor prior to ~ the due date of the next such payment, constitute an event of default under this mortgage.
