STATE OF CONNECTICUT
COUNTY OF NEW HAVEN
~ In re: Lot 11, Block~6 of SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE,
UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book ll, at pages 1 and 2
of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
BEFORE 1~, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared HARRY D. KIERNAN who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That he is the unremarried surviving spouse of Ruth Marie
Riernan who departed this life on February 20, 1972.
- 2. That he and the said Ruth Marie Kiernan were the grantees
in that certain warranty d~ed of conveyance exeucted by Charles
H. Adams and Lucille C. Adams, his wife, dated September 1, 1967,
recorded in O. R. Book 168 at page 2199 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein the above described real property
was conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
he was married to the said Ruth Marie Kiernan and that said
marital relationship continued without interruption until the
