WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made this day of l'~ , 19?3,
by and between JACK C. MASSEY, as Truetee and Individually. j ned by his wife,
ALYNE Q. MASSEY, hereinaPter called the Grantor, to 114 W. LAND, INC a Tennessee
Corporation, with ita permanent poatoffice addreae at 815 East Ocean Boulevard,
Stuart, Florida 33494, hereinafter called the Gratitee; ,
WITNESSETH:

W1~EREAS, JACK C. MASSEY, Truetee, has heretofore taken title
ta the lands hereinafter deacribed as Trustee for the Grantee, M.& W. LAND, INC ;
a Tennessee Corporation, at the requeat of and for ~the convenience of said Grantee, and
WHEREAS , the Grantee as such beneficiary has requested the conveyance
of the legal title to said lands to it, and

WHEftEAS , all neceasary State Documentary Stamp Taxes and Surtax
Stampe have been paid at the time title was vested in the Grantor herein as Trustee,

NOW, THEREFORE, in ccneideration of the sum of Ten (E10.00) Dollars =
and other good and valuable conaiderations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
the Grantee does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, oonvey and
confirm unto the Grantee , all that certain land in St . Lucie County , Florida , as
'described in Schedule "A" sttached hereto and by reference made a part hereof . ~
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining .

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever . S~ ~

AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor ~
is lawfully seized of said land in fee aimple; that the Grantor has good right and ;
lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claima of all persons ;
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing ;
subsequent to December 31, 1972. ~
