THIS MORTGAGE INOENTURE, executed this 27th day of
August, 1973, by OCEAN GARDENS, INC., a Texas corporation,
of the County of Harris, State of Texas, hereinafter called the
"MORTGAGOR", which term as used in every instance shall in-
clude the Mortgagor's successors, legal representatives arxi
