and now or hereafter owned or acquired by Mortgagor, all of which
shall for the purposes of this Mortgage be deemed conclusively to
be real estate and to be mortgaged hereby;

such award or payment by Mortgagee, and of the reasonable attorney's
fees, costs and disbursements inrxarred by Mortgagee in connection with
the cotlection of such award or payment; and Mortgagor agrees to '
execute and deliver, from time to time, such fvrther instruments as '

may be requested by Mortgagee to confirm such assignment to Mort- ~
gagee of any such award or payment; "

(d) Alt leases of the Premises now and hereafter entered into t
