To permtt, commit or suffer no waste and to maintain the improvements at all t~mes in a state of good repair and condition; to comply witl~, or cause be complied with, all stabutes, ordinances and requi~^eme~~~ : of any governmental or ott?er authority relating to the Mortgaged Property; and to do or permit to be done to said premises nothing that will alter or change the use and character of said Property except as contcmplated by the . ; --Construction Loan Agreement of even data herawith by ar~d between - ` Mortgagor as "Borrower" and Mortgagee as "Lender", or in any way impair or weaken the security of this Mortgage .
