14. The Mortgagor wili keep adequate records and books ~
of account in accordance witt~ generally accepted accounting
principles and wiil permit the Mortgagee, by its agents, accountants
and attorneys, to visit and inspect the Premises and examine

such reasonable times as may be requested by the Mortgagee.
15. That the Mortgagor will keep ali real, mixed and personal
