O R D E R
Z"his cause coming on to be heard on August 15, 1973 at
9:00 o'clock a.m. for an Order adjudging the Husband, JAMES
LWESL KELLY, for failing to abide by the Fina1 Judgment hereto-
fore entered in tlZis case on March 30, 1973 and the Court having
- heard testimony of the parties hereto, argument of--counsel for -
the respective parties and being fully advised in the premises,
it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~ws:
l. That the Husband, JAMES EWEEL KELLY, shall execute

i and deliver to the Wife a first mortgage in the amount of ~

; Fifty-One Thousand ~o Hundred ($51,200.00) Dollars with

~ interest thereon at the rate of 7~96 per annum payable in F
~ monthly installments computed over a ten year period with

~ prepayment privilege without penalty on the oceanfront property `

located in St. Lucie County, Florida which real property is ~

held in fee simple by said JAMES SWEEL KELLY. ~

2. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife, LILLIAN H. E

~ KELLY, the sum of $5.00 each week as a gasoline allowance
~
for the minor child PAUL B. KELLY to attend the Indian River
~
~ Community College for the school year 1973-74.

~ 3. T~hat the Husband, JAMES EWEEL KELLY, shall pay to the

w law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes, 201 South 2nd Street, Fort
~ LAW OFFICES
