Pierce, Florida, the sum of $132.50 in costs incurred subsequent
to March 30, 1973 and prior to August 15, 1973 and the further
sum of $65.00 for Court Reporters fees for the hearing held on
August 15, 1973 and August 17, 1973.
4. The Wife's Petition for Attorneys' Fees is hereby
denied.
5. That upon the execution and delivery to the Wife,
LILLIAN H. KELLY, a Promissory Note and first mortgage as here-
inabove set out together with the tangible tax on the mortgage i
and the documentary stamps on the Promissory Note being a first
mortgage on the real property, the fee simple title of which is
vested in JAMES EWLEL KELLY in St. Lucie County, Florida known
as the oceanfront property, then in that event the Husband will

have complied fully with paragraph 7 of the Final Judgment ~

heretofore entered in the above entitled cause on March 30, 1973. '
6. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is i

retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper. #
