ORDER
This cause having been heard upon Petition for enforcement
of the Final Judgment filed by JULIA LIVESAY and JUGIA LIVESAY

having appeared with counsel, and JAMES A. LIVESAY having been duly
notified and appeared without counsel, and the Court having con-
sidered the evidence, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. CONTEMPT. JAMES A. LIVESAY is found to be in contempt
of Court for failure to make the payments provided for by the Final
Judgment.
' 2. PAYMENT. Al1 future payments in the amount of Thirty-

` Six Dollars ($36.00) per week together with a One Dollar ($1.00)

~ Clerk's fee shall be made to the Clerk of this Court by cash, money i

~ order or cashier's check. The Clerk shall promptly remit said payment ~

~ to JULIA LIVESAY. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk advised ~
