severally promise to pay to the order of FIRST BANK AND TRUST,
Boynton Bcach~ Florida. at its banking housc in Boyntan Beach. Florida.
the sum oi EIGHTEEI~I T.HO_USAND_ _DOLLARS (~18, 000, 00) together with

interest thereon at the rate of EighE Per Cent (8%) per annurn, said principal ~
~ and interest to be payable in the following manner:
Two Hundred Forty (240) equal, consecutive,
monthly installments of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
DOLLARS AND FIFTY SIX CENTS ($150. 56)
each, with the first payment being due and payable ;
. Thirty (30) days from the date hereof, said ~
payrnents to be applied first to the interest
accrued upon the unpaid principal from time
to time remaining due herecn, and the balance
to the reductian ot principal.
The makers, and endorsers of this Note agree to waive
demar~d, notice of non-payment and protest; and, in case suit shall be `
brought for the collection hereof, or the same has to be collected upon the ~ ;
demand of an attorney, to pay reasonable attorney's fees. If any ~
installment shall not be paid within Ten (10) days after the same shall s
become due and payable hereunder, each installment then remaining unpaid
shall, without notice to the makers, at the option of the Bank~ becorne
immediately due and payable.
The makers, sureties, guarantors and indorsers of this Note
hereby conser,t to any renewal of this ~iote or any extension of time before,
at or after the maturity hereof and stipulate that any such renewal or
extension shall in no way release them or any of them of their obligations
hereunder.
