L. W. PSTERSON, ong_ of the partners in P& C General Repairs,
- the- Lienor herein -whose--address -is- 2115 -Turner -Road; - Fort Pierce,
Florida and that in pursuance of an Agreement with J. V. D'Albora,
Jr. and J. V. D'Albora, III, the Lienor furnished labor, services
and material consisting of all carpenter work and materials

consisting of gYass, plywood, stainless steel kitchen sink and
accessories on the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida:
The East of Section 23, less Right-of-
Way for Central and Southern Florida Flood
Control District Canal 24, and the East ~
ot Section 26, all in Township 36 South,
Range 38 East
owned by J. V. D'Albora Co. for a total value of $1, 368.42 of
which there remains unpaid $1,368.42 and furnished the first of
; the same on the 31st day of May, 1973 and the last of the same
