MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, James C. Hester, a single adult, did on August 16,
1973, actually make, execute and deliver a certain mortgage deed to
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
organized and existinq under the laws of the United States of America,

records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage deed encumbered
certain real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as
follows:
The East 1/2 of Lot 8, less the North 50 feet, and
the East 1/2 of Lots 10 and 12, Block 12, MARAVILLA ~
TERRACE, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 5, `
page 50, of the public records of St. I,ucie County, -

as security for an original principal debt of $19,400.00, evidenced-
by a promissory note, which promissory note was set out in said mortgage
deed, bearing the correct date of execution; and
WHEREAS, the mortgage was erroneously post dated to September
16, 1973, the mortgagor and mortgagee have mutually agreed that said
mortgage shall be modified and amended so as to correct the error date
there of:
NOW, THEREFORE, in-- considera~ion of the -~oregoing and other -
good and valuable considerations and the mutual covenants and promises
herein made and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) each to the other paid,
James C. Hester, a single adult, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and.
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, hereinafter ;
called the Mortgagee, agree as follows:
1. That the mortgage deed dated September 16, 1973, and recorded
in OR Book 217, at page 2163 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, shall be modified, amended and corrected so that the true
date there of correctly-appears as August 16, 1973.
; 2. "'hat the ahove correction as set forth in Paragraph 1 above ~

been originally described and incorporated therein. x

; 3. That this agreement shall not be deemed to modify or amend
~ said mortgage except as specifically set forth herein, and the mortgagor :
; hereby ratifies and confirms the said mortgage as modified and amended.

~ and seals and the mortgagee has caused these presents be executed in its
~ name, and its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, by
