DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 31st day of August, 1973
and the Court havinq given full consideration to all the evidence____ _
finds and detern~ines: This ~ourt has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife naw exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follo~ws:
; 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The-marr3age between RICAARD D.
r RELLY, JR. and FRANCES RELLY be and.the same is hereby dissolved,

~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the -

~ Tonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

~
~ obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of RICHARD D. RELLY III, minor child

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to FRANCES RELLY with reason-
~ able visitation rights reserved to RICHARD D. KELLY, JR.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Comn?encinq the 7th day of September, 1973,

~ RICHARD D. RELLY, JR. shall pay to FRAtvCES RELLY the sum of
~
TWENTY and 00/100ths ($20.00) each and every week for the support
= of the child named above. ~

~ Each paynient shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and

by him remitted promptly to FRANCES RELLY. In addition there is

~ hereby assessed the aum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added

~ to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in
