1973 the Husband, CARL E. FLIPPEN, shall pay to the Wife, MARY
R. FLIPPEN, the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) each and every
week for the support -of the __children named above. - -
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition
there is hereby assessea zne sum oi ~i.~a ~s ~iaz~l~ory ~~5i~ ~v
be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be__made in cash,_ money_ order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
order is in effect. ~
4. The Husband shall convey to the Wife all his
interest in the 1969 Mark III automobile, and the Wife shall

; and shall hold the Husband harmless in the event of a default on
~ said liability.

~ 5. The Wife shall be entitled to keep the $2,000 which

~ she w~thdrew from the joint checking account of the parties.
~ 6. Within a reasonable time subsequent to this Final

~ Judgment the Wife shall convey to the Husband her interest in
~ the home jointly owned by the parties, as hereinafter described;

~ that upon receipt of an appropriate instrument conveying her
~
~
= interest therein to the Husband, the Husband shall pay to the Wife

~ the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) in cash, said property

being described as: Lot 5 and the West 17 feet of Lot 6, Block 10,
