SYBIL S. J. MICHENER, who after being first duly sworn, on oath,
states as follows:

2. That SYBIL GILKYSON was married in 1907 to IRA LEE
GILKYSON, who died in 1923.
3. That on May 11, 1928, SYBIL GILKYSON, an unremarried
widow, purchased property described as follows:

Lots 23 and 24, Block 42, Unit 1, SAN LUCIE
PLAZA, according to plat recorded in Plat
Book 5, page 57, St. Lucie County records.
4. That in 1936 SYBIL GILKYSON married CHARLES R. MICHENER
and remained married to him and known as SYBIL S. J. MICHENER
until CHARLES R. MICHENER'S death in 1966.
5. That SYBIL S. J. MICHENER has not remarried since 1966
and remains an unremarried widow.
