1946, there was no state road existing with the center line within
100' of the following described property:

8, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, said land lying and being in
St. Lucie County, Florida.
That part of the South 13.5 chains of the NLV quarter of the SE
quarter lying east of Unit 3, Indrio, Plat Book 5, page 65, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, Section 8, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East, said land lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida.
