EDWIN A. LINK, who upon oath being duly sworn states that:
1. He is the president of Marine Science Center, Inc., a
Florida corporation and that he was the president of said corporation
on the 20th day of December, 1972.
2. That on December 20, 1972, he, on behalf and at the
direction of the Marine Science Center, Inc., executed a warranty
deed to Harbor ~ranch roundation, a non protii foundation, conveying
the following described property:
The North 32~.6' of that part of the North 13 acres~of the
Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter o~ Section 8, Towns ip
34 South, Range 40 East, lying East of the East right of way line
of the Old Dixie Highway.
Less and Excepting therefrom:
1. The 100' right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway
Company;
2. The South SO' of the North 70' of that part of the West 100'
of the East 473.05' of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township
34 South, Range 40 East, lying East of the Florida East Coast
i Railroad right of way and the South 150' of the North 170' of that
; part of the East 678.13' of the said Southwest Quarter of Section
~ 8, lying West of the Florida East Coast Railroad right of way, as
! per Official Record Book 147, page 105.

; 3. That the South 50' of the North 70' of that part

~ of the West 100' of the East 473.05' of the Southwest Quarter of

~ Section 8, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying east of the Florida
