6. That each of the parties hereto shall be responsible for
their costs and attorneys' fees incurred in and about the prosecution
and defen~e of this litigation.
7. That the Husband shall have the right to live in and
occupy the jointly owned marital home at 4909 Palmetto Drive,
Fart Pierces Florida, whAr~in ~he Hu4_1_~ar~r~ n~w resides ~ant; l
October 1, 1974. That on October 1, 1974 the property and
dwelling shall be put on the market to be sold and the net
proceeds received from the sale of said property shall be
divided equally between the Husband and the Wife. During
the time the dwelling is occupied by the Husband until October
l, 1974, he shall be responsible for and make the monthly mort-
gage payments thereon and the real estate taxes and insurance

; when the same becomes due and payable and before they become

8. Jurisdiction of this--cause and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper.
