THIS CAUSE coming on upon Motion of the First Federal '
Savings.and Loan Association of Fort Pierce and of Angelo A.
Ali, wherein the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Fort Pierce stated it "disclaims all rights, title and-interest
in and to said premises" and wherein the defendant Angelo A. `

Ali stated in his answer that "Angelo A. Ali ~onveyed his
interest as trustee for Genarro Lorusso approximately ten years ~
