MORTGAGE MODIFICATION
THIS AGREEMENT made this ~ day of SLPTj~~,r~b~(Z, , 1973,
by and between THE SECOND NATIONAL BANK OF NORTH MIAMI, a nationai -
banking corporation, hereinafter calied the "Lender"; and BTACH .
CLUB DEVELOPMENT CORP., a Florida corporat ion, hereinafter called
the "Borrower";
i~ I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, said Borrawer is indebted to the Lender in the
sum of $450,000.00, evidenced by one Note dated August 30, 1973,
which Note is secured by a Mortgage of even date therewith, filed
Auqust 30, 1973 in Official Records Book 218•, at Page 435, in the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the legal description contained in said Mortgage
reflected a scrivener's error; and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to correct said legal
description so that the above described Mortgage shall encumber
that property described in the Addendum attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if said Mortgage contained the attached
legal description in the first instance. .
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00), each to the other in hand paid, the ~
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, it is hereby agreed by
and between the parties hereto as follows:
