THIS AGREEMENT, made this ll-t~, day of A~g~s~, 1973, by and
between BEACH CLUB CQLONY OF STL'ART, INC. , a Florida corpora-
tion (hereafter referred to as "Beach Club"), R.ALPH NORIfIN and BYRON
KARSON (hereafter referred to collectively as "Norkin"), and G. A. CO1~I-

after referred to as "G. A.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00),
in hand paid by Beach Club to Norkin, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereto, and
each of them, agree as follows: '
1. That on September 29, 1972, Beach Club executed and
delivered to Norkin two (2)-Promissory Notes in the original principal sums

! of $?0, 000. 00 and $30, 000. 00 respectively, both secured by a?~~ortgage

~ Deed encumbering realty situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Flor-
~ ida, more particularly ~escribed in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and
~ made a part hereof, which said niortg4~e was duly recorded on October 2,
1972 in Official Records Book 206, pages 2~}3? et seq. , S~ Lucie County,

Florida, public records.
~ 2. That Beach Club and Norkin each agree to remove and -

~ discharge the aforesaid l~iortgage Deed as d lien and encumbrance against

the property described in E~chibit "A", and to transfer the lien, operation
and dignity of said Mortgage Deed to other real property situate, 1_ying

~ and being both in Nlartin County, Florida, more particularly described in

~ E~ibit "B", which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and in St.
