the property described in Exhibit "B" and Beach Club is the owner and holder

of fee simple title to the property described in Exhibit "C". However, both
G. A. aild Beach Club have common stockholders and would each be benefited
by the removal and discharge of the aforesaid Mortgage Deed as a lien and
encumbrance against the property described in Exhibit "A". Accordingly,

able consideration and also in consideration of the aggregate unpaid sum of

gain, sell, alien, remise, convey and confirm unto Norkin all of those cer--
tain lands of ~vhich G. A. is notiv seized and in possession situate in Zlartin
County, Florida, and more particularly described in Exhibit "B" and of
which Beach Club is now seized and in possession in St. Lucie County,
Florida, and more particularly described in Exhibit "C", which ~xhibits
