records both of Martin County, Florida, and of St. Lucie County, Florida,
shall constitute a lien and encumbrance against the property situate in Mar-
tin County, Florida, and more particularly described in Exhibit "B", and }
against the property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more parti-
cularly described in Exhibit "C", in the same manner and to the same extent

ed in accordance with law, would have created and would constitute such a ;
lien and encumbrance. Further, the above-described Mortgage Deed, ex- ~

cept as modified herein shall be and remain in full force and effect as to ~
the properties described in Exhibit "B" and Exhibit "C", anyttiing herein ~
to the contrary notwithstanding.

6. That, as further consideration for the Agreement by i
Norkin hereinabove provided, G. A, does hereby unconditionally guarantee ~

! the payment of the above-described Promissory Note, in accordance with ;

i its terms and conditions, and will, for this purpose, upon demand by Norkin,

~ duly endorse the aforesaid Promissory Note, in such manner as to render it ;
~ a general obligor thereon.
