BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared BETTY J. ROTH, who upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That she is the unremarried surviving spouse of
John F. Roth who departed this life on August 26, 1972. '
2. That she and the said John F. Roth were thE-grantees
in that certain warranty deed of conveyance-executed by
General Development Corporation, dated February 18, 1971, recorded
in O. R. Book 190, page 1983 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, wherein the above described real property was
conveyed.
3. That on the date of the aforementioned conveyance,
she was married to the said John F. Roth and that said marital
relationship continued without interruption unt~.l the death of
the said John F..Roth. ~
