together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI o~ the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
