the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 194 , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NFTTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie Co~nty, Florida, in Plat Book 16;
page 1:1A through 1J. ~ ~
together with a note secured tl~ereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Fesorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
