Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer and assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article XI of the Declaration
of Condaninium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in OR Baok 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigne~.
