KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: .
WHERcAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder bv assianmznt of the followinu mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:_
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Bus;ness Trust, securing
b5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page _
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
. more particularly describe~; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedress of ~1,112,392.00 and
a~so enc~nbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record

County, Florida, and as further amended by Nortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded

Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City 6ank to rel~ase the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram ~he lien and operation of said~
mortgage; -
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Fifty Thousand Nine Nundred Fiftv
Five & 00/100 DOLLARS
50,955.00 , the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fr~rn the
