WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the ~ day of ~ , A.
D. 1973 by PHILIP STRAZ2ULLA, FRANK STRAZZULLA and DO NZC
STRAZZULLA, individually and as partners in STRAZZULLA BROS. CO.,
a co-partnership, joined by their respective wives, t+iviv~ L. -
STRAZZULLA, LOUISE STRAZZULLA and SARAH J. STRAZZULLA, herein-
after called the Grantor, to STRAZZULLA BROS. CO., INC., a
Florida corporation, whose post office address is: P. O. Box
3152, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein~the terms "grantor"-and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corporations.)
~ WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
the sum Q~ 510.00~ and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknvwledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and
the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, and
the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, in
Section 27, Township 34 South, Range 38 East.
The NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 and the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, and the
N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the N 1/2
of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the N 1/2 of
the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the N 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, in Section 28, Tawnship
~ 34 South, Range 38 East.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements~, hereditaments, and

~ appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. .
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
~ AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
~ that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
~ that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and •
~ convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the title
~ to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
~ a1Z persons whomsoever; and that s~id land is fre~ of all encum-
brances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1972.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has executed this
