THIS INDENTURE dated this September 4, 1973, Witnesseth: That
the Grantor, ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, a banking corporation organized under
the laws of the State of Florida and duly authorized to accept and execute
trusts within the State of Florida, as Trustee, for and in consideration
of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS, and other good and valuable considera-
tions in hand paid, receipt of which is acknowledged, grants, conveys and
warrants unto
CHARLES M. NEVIASER, as Trustee, and

said deed beinq authorized by full agreement of the beneficiaries under
the provisions of a certain Trust Agreement dated May 15, 1972, the follow-
ing described real estate in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida:
PARCEL 1: The North 442.78 feet of the South 2385.78 feet of
the Southeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, lying East of U. S. Highway No. 1.
The $bove described property is the same property described as
PARCEL 1 in a survey by A. G. Weatherington of May 16, 1972,
as revised October 24, 1972, and is the same property deeded to
the ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Trustee, by FORT PIERCE HEIGHTS

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described rea2-estate in fee simple,
together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
