DEBORAH DIANE TURNER, Wife. . ~ FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAIJSE came on for trial the day 1973, and the Court, having giv.en full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and sub- ject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now ex- ists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is, thereupon, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: . l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOHN WAYNE TURNER and DEBORAH DIANE TURNER be, and it is-hereby, dissolved, and that the part'ies, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the ; i bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ob- ~ ~ ligations arising therefrom. ~ i ~ 2. PROPE RTY. The property settlement agreement admitted in- [ ~ to evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties ~ are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~ ~ 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. That DEBORAH DIANE TURNER be, and she is hereby, authorized to assume her former name of DEBORAH DIANE NETHERTON and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. . ~ ~ 4. RESTRAINING ORDER. That each of the parties is hereby ~ _ - - - _ f' enjoined and restrained from interferrinq with, harassing or annoying ~ ~ the other. ~ 5. JURISDICTION.
