plumbing apparatus, fixtures, appliances, ventilating equipment, toilets, basins, electric heating and lighting
~ plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other elevators,
including passenger and other elevators, venetian bGnds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters.~now or hereafter
~ located in the building upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or hereafter placed on said
premises, either in renewel or replacement of fixtures, machinery, appliances and appurtenances originally installed on

above described land, which said fiutures, machinery, appGances and appurtenances the Mortgagor warrants shall be
; free from any encumbrances, retention of title or other claims in favor of any other person and that this deed shall be a
