alone said center line, a distance of 441.53 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence run North 81° 55' S2" East, a distance of 523.88
feet, more or Iess, to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence run
North 22° S4' 06" West along said waters, a distance of~506.72 .
feet, more or less, to a point, which point is the point of inter-
section af the Hutchinson Island South P~operty Line of that certain
Nettles Island Project, according to plat thereof, Plat Book 16,
Page 1, (a) through (j) with the waters of the Atlantic Ocean;
thence run South 73° 45' West, and a~ong said South property line

45' 00" West and along said South property line of Nettles Island
Project, a distance of 1030.34 feet, more or less, to the waters of
the Indian River; thence along said waters"run South 45° 02' 23" .
East, a distance of 338.67 feet, more or less to the.point of inter-
section with a Zine which bears South 81° 55' 52" West from the Point
of 8eginning; thence run North 81° 55' S2" East along lastly said
line a distance of 927.16 feet, more or less, to the Point of
Beginninq; LESS and EXCEPTING right-of- way of State Road A-1-A.
