71, 73 (less the West 25 feet), 74, 75, 76 {less the
extension of South 19th Street in a northerly direction, a
width of 50 feet from Block 90 throuqh Block 76 to
Soltman Avenue), Blocks 78, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 93 (less
West 25 feet), 94, (less West 25 feet), 95, and 97,
EXCEPTING from said Blocks 89, 90, 94, 95 and 97 that
