The following described parcels of land lying in LAWNWOOD
ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
Page 16 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, to wit:

74; All of Block 77, LESS the North and South extension
of South 19th Street for a width of 50 feet; all that part
of Block 96 and that certain block desiqnated as City Park
lying North of the following described line: Commencinq
at the Southwest corner of Section 16, Township 35 South, .
Range 40 East, run North on the Section line, 1378.79 feet
to a bolt on the center line of Rhode Island Avenue;
thence continue North on said Section line, 463.17 feet to
a railroad spike and the Point of Beginning of the
