OPTION AGREEMENT ~

1973 by and between SIDNSY KONIGSBURG, individually and as Trustee,
hereinafter referred to as "Ronigsburq", and C. EVERETT ALLEN, a
sinqle man, and C. E. ALLEN & COMPANY, a Florida Corporation~
hereinafter jointly referred to as "Allen".
WITNESSETH:
1. Ronigsburg covenants and represents to Allen
tha~ it is the owner in fee and ha~ gaud and r.:arketable ~
title to the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
-and incorporated herei~by_r_efe~ens~~___h~r~inafter called the
"Option Land".
2. For the swa of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations paid by Allen to Ronigsburg receipt of
Iwhich is hereby acknowl.edged, Ronigsburg hereby grants unto Allen

~ the exclusive right, at its option, to purchase the Option Land
described in Exhibit "A" under the terms and conditions herein-

E after provided. The term of the option to purchase shall com- ~
~
~ mence from this even date and expire August 10, 1974, after which ;
€ ~
~ date unless Al1en has given notice as hereinafter required and ~
has otherwise performed in accordance with the terms of this ~
~
~ ~Agreement, all rights herein granted shall terminate, the option
~
~ ~ herein described shall automatically expire, and Konigsburg shall i
~ !
,have the absolute right to convey or otherwise deal with the
! subject property free from the terms and conditions herein con-
~
~ tained. ~

3. _In order to exercise its o tion to urchase, Allen

- A. On or before the expiration date as prescribed ~
