or at such other address as Ronigsburg may designate in writing
from time to time.
8. Simultaneously with Allen's acting in accord-
ance with the provisions of Subparagraph A above, Allen shall
deposit the sum of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) as a deposit
~ subject to the terms and provisions herein with Herbert D. Katz,
Escrow Agent, in care of Koenig, Katz and Goodman, 6200 Stirling
Ra~d,-~Davie;-Fort Lauderdaie~ F~oiida-, -to be-held--in-escrow_in _
accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
4. Al1en shall have the right to purchase all the
subject property under its option. The purchase price of said
Option Land shall be as prescribed and adjusted from time to
time in accordance with the schedule set forth in Exhibit nBn
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Said

~ option transaction. The aforesaid escrow deposit of Six Thousand ~

notice of its intention to exercise the option shall be a part

( 5. If Allen elects to purchase, Ronigsburg agrees to ~
~convey to Allen, or its assigns, by a properly executed special I

~warranty deed in~Florida statutory form, fee simple, marketable ~
