which cannot be amicably resolved by the parties shall be sub-

Each party shall appoint an arbitrator and the two so selected ~
shall pick a third arbitrator. The award of the Board of
Arbitration shall be bindinq upon the parties. For the purposes s
of creating the Board of Arbitration, this~Aqreement shall be -
considered a consent to arbitration by each party hereto. Such
arbitration costs shall be borne by the parties provided, how-
ever, that the arbitrators sha1l have the ~u~harity to assess j
such costs disproportionately or aIl costs to one party if said
arhi~ration _was _required because of unreasonableness or bad faith
on the part of a party or parties.
12. MAE KONIGSBURG, wife of SIDNEY KONIGSBURG, is ex-

ecuting this Agreement to subject her interest, if any, whether as ~
Idower or otherwise, in and to the property herein involved to the
~provisions of this Agreement. She agrees to execute such intruments
as may be reasonably required to carry out the intent and purposes ~

~of this Agreement. ~
