at the Southwest corner of Section 16, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, run North on the Section line, 1378.79 feet
to a bolt on the center line of Rhode Island Avenue;
thence continue North on said Section line, 463.17 feet to
a railroad spike and the Point of Beginning of the
