1.973, and the Court having given full consideration to al the
evidence, fittds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relatiori of
husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be
dissolved. It is thereupon
C~RDERED AND ADJUDGED as foLlows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BETHANY
I. COOK and THOMAS F. COOK be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each af them are hereby forever freed fr~m
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
' the abligations arising therefrom.
