FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for tri~l the 6th day of September, 1973,
~ and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
~ and subject matter af this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon

4 ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HAROLD D.
~
~ PARKER and MARTHA PARRER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
~ the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ bonds of matr~~ony heretofore existing between them and frQm the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement (stipuZation)
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein be reference
~
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
~a 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined
and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the

other.
