FINAL JUDGMENT `
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the day of September,
A. D. 1973, snd the Court having given fu consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction
Qf the psrties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the rela-
tion of husband and wifenow exists betKeen the parties; and that
the marriage~between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. The Marriage between LILLIAN F. CASON and TIiOMAS V.
CASON, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and -
each of them are hereby fbrever freed Prom the bonds of matri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. The property settlement agreement (stipulation)
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference -
and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof ~
; 3. Each of the parties is hereby en~oined and restrained
j from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.

~ 4. That the husband surrender the follo~in~
€ items: clothing and shoes, air conditioner, gold rug, sewin~
~ machine, cookware, dishes, towels, lawn furniture (chair, rocker
~ and couch), records, fish tank, ~ewelry, silverware and kitchen
~ utensils, cooler-hibachi, pictures, handmade crafts, bird of
paradise flower, kitchen cabinet, book shelf-lamps, avon products
~ and bottles, to the wife within three days. ~

a reasonable attorneys fees for the wife's attorney or his
services herein and THOMAS V. CASOPJ is ordered to pay said

is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be ;
