THIS GORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED made and executed the

FORT PIERCE, . C., a corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Florida, and having its principal place of business at
Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, hereinafter called the
grantor, to ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS, INCORPORATED, a Florida
corporation, whose postoffice address is P. O. Box 305, Fort Pierce, ~
Florida 33450, hereinafter called the~~grantee: _
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell,
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee all

This is a corrective deed designed to correct defects and errors
appearing in the legal description of that certain warranty deed
between the grantor and the grantee dated October 6, 1972,
recorded under Clerk's File No. 239407 in O.R. Book 207, page 73 ~
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~~~l~

TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and t~ ~3'
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~~r~~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever. ~ `

AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grantee that
