THAT North American Acceptance Corporation, a Georgia Corporation, Party ~
of the First Part in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
lawful money of the United States of America and other valuable considera-
tions to it in hand paid by Security Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts
Business Trust, Party of the Second Part, at or before the enseaZing and

granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these.
