FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come on for trial the 6th day of
September, 1973, and the Court having given full consideration
to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has juris-
diction of the parties an su ~ec ma er o is sui ; a ,
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JACK
VICTOR TINBERG and ELIZABETH H. TINBERG be and the same is hereby '
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

; them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The Petitioner, ELIZABETH H. TINBERG, is hereby
~ awarded as lump sum alimony al1 right, title and interest in the

~ home of the parties, legally described as:

s Lot 1, Block 4, of MISIK'S RESUBDIVISION of a part
of MARAVILLA PARK SUBDIVISION, recorded in Deed Book
: 203, page 189, according to a plat thereof recorded
~ in Plat Book 9, at page 60, of the public records of
~ St. Lucie Connty, Florida

more commonly described as 1123 Jasmine Av~nue, Fort Pierce,
Florida, together with all the furnishings and fixtures Iocated in
it. The Respondent, JACK VICTOR TINBERG, is ardered to convey
- to Petitioner the above-described real property, together with
all the furnishings and fixtures located in it, by a good and
