execute and deliver the quit-claim deed within fifteen (15) days
from the date of this judgment, and if the Respondent fails to
execute and deliver the quit-claim deed within that period of ti~e,
then this judgment shall act as a conveyance to the Petitioner
of the above described real property, together with all the
furnishings and fixtures located in it, effective on the 16th
day from the date of this judgment.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper .
