WARRANTY OEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the _3~~!~,'L day of Au ust , 1973.
by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH and RUBY W. BLOODWORTH, is wife; G. ERNEST
BLOODWORTH and ELAINE W. BLOODWORTH, his wife; and LILLIE O. BLOODWORTH,
a single adult, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
ARTHUR MAULDIN
whose post office address is 109 Riverview Drive, Walton
Jensen Beach, Florida 33457
hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of
the sum_of $14.00 and other valuable c.onsideratio~nS, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledg~d, he~~by ~rants, bargains, sEZZs, ~liens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
~ All of Lots 23 and 24 and that part of Lot 22 lying ~
East of a line parallel with and 15 feet westerly of, as
~ measured at right angles to, the line dividing said Lots
22 and 23; TOP OF WALTON, a subdivision, according to
a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 1, of the
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
~ thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.

h AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the
Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the
'~4 Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
~ land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land
~ and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
~ whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
~ taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1972.
