This cause came on for trial the 7th day of September, 19~3
and the Court haveing given full consideration to all the evidence,

finds and determines: This Court ha~ jurisdiction of the parties i

and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hnsband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between

the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It ~
l
is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: t

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CLOYCE W. ~
,
LUI~RIN and-MAXINE R. LUMPKIN be and the same is hereby-dissoived,
and th~ ~arties and e3ch Qf them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom. ~
2. SUPPORT. Commencing the day o ,
1973, CLOYCE W. LUMPKIN shall pay to MAXINE R. LOMP IN the sum of
$50.00 each and every week until the wife has received the total ~
sum of $1300.00 as lump sum alimony in consideration for the wife
releasing the husband from any or all periodic alimony payments to
which she might be entitled in the future.
3. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement admitted ~
f
into evidence is hereby incorporated herein be reference and the '

parties are ordered to comply ~ith the provisions thereof.
